How and when do I get my photos?
Within 48 hours of the shoot, you will receive a link to a Pixieset Online gallery with your images from the shoot. For headshot edits, you will receive edited images within 2 weeks of client selections.
What should I wear?
I recommend wearing your first look or whatever your most comfortable wearing to the shoot. You are of course able to privately change and I also recommend bringing extra look options so we can choose together what will look best.
What is a “look”?
Depending on the session, you will have a certain amount of looks. A green shirt with jeans is a single look. You are welcome to add glasses or an extra layer (jacket or button up) and these will all still be considered as ONE look. If you then change to a black button up this is a SECOND look.
Where are we shooting?
In Orlando, I either shoot out of my garage studio or Orlando Rental Studio in downtown Orlando.
My garage studio is located north of downtown Orlando near Maitland. Once I have received confirmation of your booking, I will share the address.
Can I post my photos?
Once you have received your edited photos, you are more than welcome to post the edited images online, just tag me or add me as a collaborator @woodrowhelmsphotography.
I prefer that you do not post unedited photos. If you want to share unedited images, just communicate with me and it shouldn’t be a problem.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Sometimes life happens and you need to reschedule, I GET IT. All I ask for is communication and we can get you rebooked. When you send your deposit, this acts as a nonrefundable placeholder for your session. If you reach out more than 24 hours in advance, you don’t need to send another deposit to reschedule your session. If it’s within 24 hours, the deposit is nonrefundable and you will need to resend the deposit to rebook. Same with cancellations.
